Grotti Furia in GTA 6: It’s Not Just an SF90 — It’s Five Cars in One
Every Grotti Furia GTA 6 list will tell you the same thing: the car is based on the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. It’s a tidy answer. It’s also only about a fifth of the truth.
The Furia is confirmed for GTA 6, and when we dug into what Rockstar’s designers actually blended together — using the GTA Wiki’s design breakdown, TopSpeed’s analysis and The Drive’s trailer spotting — the SF90 turned out to be just one ingredient in a five-car recipe. Here’s everything we know about the Grotti Furia GTA 6 version: where it’s been seen, what it’s really made of, and what it cost and did in GTA Online.
Grotti Furia GTA 6 sightings: where it appears
The Furia’s GTA 6 appearances are all in Trailer 1 and Rockstar’s official site imagery — and they’re specific:
- Trailer 1, around 0:25 — a Furia drives westbound on Interstate 404 in Vice City while a passenger leans out filming Lucia, who is standing in the passenger seat of a Pegassi Zorrusso behind it.
- Trailer 1, around 0:32 — the front of a Furia parked on an Ocean Drive-inspired road along Vice Beach, behind a yellow two-door car.
- Official Rockstar screenshot — a silver Furia driving through Vice Beach, published in the Vice City section of the game’s promotional website.
Honesty box: no rigorous source places the Furia by name in Trailer 2, the August Extended Look, or the October launch trailer. If a site tells you it stars in the launch trailer, they’re guessing. Its confirmed roster spot lives on our Supercar List, graded alongside every other car in our 3-tier confirmation guide.
What the Furia is really based on: five cars in one
The GTA Wiki’s design analysis is the strictest reading available, and it names the Pininfarina Battista — the 1,900-horsepower electric Italian hypercar — as the Furia’s primary basis, not the SF90. Here is the full Grotti Furia GTA 6 blend:
- Pininfarina Battista — the overall silhouette and side profile.
- Ferrari SF90 Stradale — the rear end treatment, per TopSpeed’s composite reading.
- Ferrari F8 Tributo — the headlights and elements of the rear fascia.
- Lamborghini Huracán Performante — the front intakes and side skirts.
- Aston Martin Vantage — the rear diffuser, with Koenigsegg-style dihedral doors on top.
Its signature details give the game away: a full-width front light strip mirrored by a full-width rear brake-light bar, a glass engine cover, and a retractable mechanical rear spoiler. No single production car has all of that — because the Furia is five of them, stitched together by Rockstar’s artists. GTA BOOM described it best back at its 2019 debut: “frankensteined together from various recent Ferrari designs.”
The SF90 Stradale: the counterpart in spirit
So why does everyone call it the SF90? Because in positioning, the match is real. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale was Ferrari’s first series-production plug-in hybrid and its flagship berlinetta: a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 plus three electric motors making a combined 986 hp, all-wheel drive, 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, a 340 km/h top speed, and a price around $625,000 when new (2019–2024). The Furia occupies exactly that flagship slot inside Grotti — which, as our brand guide explains, is GTA’s Ferrari.
One mechanical mismatch worth knowing: in GTA Online the Furia is modelled with a V12 and no hybrid system, so “SF90 twin” is a styling and positioning claim, not a mechanical one. For the record, the GTA car most directly modelled on the SF90 is a different Grotti — the Itali RSX — which has not been documented in GTA 6 footage anywhere yet.
Grotti Furia in GTA Online: price and performance
The Furia debuted in The Diamond Casino Heist update and became purchasable on 19 December 2019 from Legendary Motorsport at $2,740,000 (or a $2,055,000 trade price). All-wheel drive, a 6-speed gearbox, and a reputation as the thinking player’s supercar: testers found excellent traction and crash resistance, with a respectable rather than class-leading top speed — Broughy1322’s testing put it at 121.8 mph, ranking it #27 of 57 in the Supers class. In short: a grip-first all-rounder, not a straight-line king. Full sourcing for these figures is on the GTA Wiki’s Furia page.
What we don’t know about the Furia in GTA 6 yet
Nobody — not us, not the big databases — has a published GTA 6 price, class placement, or performance stat for the Furia, because Rockstar hasn’t released them and the game isn’t out. Any site printing a GTA 6 Furia price today is inventing it. The moment the game unlocks on November 19, we’ll test it properly: real top speed, real price, and where to find one in Leonida — and update this Grotti Furia GTA 6 guide.
The rest of the Grotti family in GTA 6
The Furia won’t be Grotti’s only car in Leonida. The Itali GTO has been catalogued from Trailer 1, the Cheetah Classic brings the Testarossa shape back, and the Ultimate Edition’s headline car is the ’95 Grotti Cheetah — Rockstar’s own “ode to Shore Drive.” Grotti is, quietly, the best-represented supercar brand in GTA 6 so far.
